看到花子在她畢業典禮上擔任布萊克本校長的「口譯」。

平時就很嚴肅的校長在畢業演說時

仍以不苟言笑的神情與口吻勉勵在座的畢業生們，

這一段校長的畢業演說我認為說的非常真切也讓人非常感動!

Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be.

我親愛的學生們

與我一同老去吧

人生最美好的時光尚未到來

If some decade later, 

you look back on your time with us here 

and you feel that these were the happiest days of your life,

then I must say your education will have been a failure.

如果幾十年後

你們回憶起這段學校生活

打從心底認為那是我人生中最幸福也是最快樂的時光

那我必須說這個學校的教育失敗了

Life must improve as it takes its course. 

Your youth you spend in preparation 

because the best things are never in the past, but in the future.

人生是不斷的進步

年輕時是做準備的時刻

最美好的時光不在過去而是在未來

I hope that you pursue life, 

and hold onto your hope and your dream

until the very end of the journey.

在人生旅途的終點之前

我希望你們能懷抱著希望與理想
